Caps to buy SA pharmaceutical concern

Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listed drug manufacturer firm, Caps Holdings has concluded talks to acquire the entire shareholding of Merck (Pty) Ltd, a South African pharmaceutical and industrial chemical company. Merck (Pty) Ltd is the manufacturing and sales organisation of the global group Merck KGaA, Darmstadt of Germany.
